Program Structure and Curriculum:
- Could you provide a detailed outline of the program’s curriculum? Our curriculum is still under preparation at the moment. We are currently organizing all the speakers and conferences, and workshops. The program will be revealed to all of you once the 5% shares have been transferred to FFA Ventures (First Financial of Africa pty Ltd.)
- What are the key milestones and deliverables expected during the program? Again, this will be sent over at the beginning of the start of the program.
Mentorship and Support:
- How is the mentorship structured, and who will be our primary mentors? I will be your primary mentor and I will attend every session, conference, and workshop with all of you.
- Are there any scheduled one-on-one mentoring sessions or group workshops? I will remain available to you at all times during business hours for any inquiries you might have.
Networking Opportunities:
- What networking opportunities will be available during the program? Throughout the program, you will be introduced to experts, mentors, summity in your field, university professors, consultants, IP and contract lawyers, accountants, project managers, marketing experts, Brand experts, AI experts, Blockchain experts, Cybersecurity experts…
- Will there be any events or sessions specifically designed to connect us with potential investors or industry experts? Yes, there will be toward the end of the program and at the end of the program.
Cohort Details:
- Can you provide more information about the other startups or companies that will be part of this cohort? You are all in the field of AI, but in different market segments.
- How will collaboration and interaction be facilitated among the cohort participants? You will be attending every session via Zoom sessions class of about an hour for each class, conferences, presentations, etc.
Investment Timeline:
- Could you clarify the timeline for when we can expect further investments after the program? We will work with every one of you according to our agreement to get you the adequate financing approach pertinent to your needs and investment strategy. We will be working with you all the way to exit if it is the case we agreed upon.
- Are there specific criteria or performance metrics we need to meet to secure this investment? Yes, you are being measured by your Datra Room, your value proposition, One-pager, business plan, marketing plan, team, management skills, TRL position and completion, KPIs, Statistics, pitch decks, branding strategy, revenue model, your business model, your proof of concept, your MVP, your USP, and our go-to market strategy, etc.
Evaluation and Feedback:
- How will our progress be evaluated throughout the program? Through your TRLs
- Will there be regular feedback sessions, and how often will they occur? Yes, every month
Post-Program Support:
- What kind of support can we expect after the completion of the program? We are there for you all the way to exit if it is in our agreement.
- How will FFA Ventures assist us in scaling up and ensuring sustained growth post-program? This is what this entire program is about.
Additional Information:
- Are there any additional details or expectations that we should be aware of as we prepare to join the program? You must start working on your DATA Room. Your Data Room must be ready and in place prior to the start of the program.
